What is Jungian Therapy?
The C.G. Jung Center of Philadelphia has been
in continuous operation for nearly 40 years. Over this time through
the efforts of many dedicated individuals, we have provided quality
programs and resources for the Delaware Valley area of Pennsylvania,
New Jersey, and Delaware.
Though in recent years the center has not conducted public lectures,
its resource library has been a source of inspiration for many.
Our library of 111 lectures, spans the years from 1989 to 2000.
Tapes and CD's are still available for purchase at our old website:
www.philajung.com
As part of our new efforts we make available free-of-charge
reference material on Jung, Jungian psychology, and provide links
to the other similar sites. We hope in the future to begin a
public program consistent with the pursuit and realization of
the symbolic life which Jung has written about ("The Symbolic
Life," CW 18, pp. 267-290).
Our hope is that the C.G. Jung Center of Philadelphia can reach
out to a public that doesn't know much about Jung and his work;
the importance of the working with one's dreams or images; or
the relevance of living the symbolic life.
We look forward to hearing from you and seeing you in the near
future.
